If you are a divorce professional and would like to add your firm to one of our directories complete the form below. You will receive an invoice via email. When payment is received your listings will be placed online.

ALLOWED TO PRACTICE:
You confirm to JT Spaulding Associates, LLC, and its affiliates, that you are legally allowed to practice within the jurisdiction(s) the specialties in which you are asking us to add your listing and you have the necessary authority to enter into this agreement. You have reviewed the data entered and are confirming that it is accurate and complete..
DURATION OF AGREEMENT:
Your listing unless specified otherwise is for a 12 month duration.
LISTING, PRIORITY AND LIMITS:
DivorceHQ.com listings are by state. We reserve the right to limit or expand the number of listings we carry in any locale, and to revise the order in which listings appear.
FREE UPDATES TO DIRECTORY LISTINGS:
We will update your listing, at your request, to reflect changes in your address, email, web site, phone numbers and descriptive wording. We reserve the right to decline to publish or to remove all or any portion of any listing, and to edit or change the format of the pages, geographic scope, and listings at any time.
YOU ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR OUR CONTENT:
You have no responsibility for any of the content on DivorceHQ.com apart from your own listing. By having a listing you are not implying that you are endorsing, recommending or approving any of our content. By accepting your listing we are not implying that we are endorsing or recommending you or approving any content in your listing or linked sites. You may not use any of our content or trademarks without our express written consent.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY AND CLAIMS:
We will have no liability whatsoever to you, your firm or anyone else for any claim related to any listing or any errors or omissions. Our entire liability for any claims or damages, whether based in contract or negligence, will be limited to the amount of charges paid, if any, relative to the period of occurrence of the events which are the basis of the claim(s). In no event will the company or its affiliates be liable for any lost profits or for any consequential, exemplary, incidental, indirect, or special damages arising from or in any way related to this agreement even if they have been advised of the possibility of such damages. No claim, regardless of form, which in any way arises out of this agreement, may be made, nor action based upon such claim brought, more than 1 year after the basis for the claim is or should have been known by the party desiring to assert it

By submitting the listing request, you agree to the terms and conditions set forth in the above listing agreement.
