Kirk has years of experience in family law as well as being a trained mediator, collaborative attorney and guardian ad litem. Using these skills, Kirk can guide you through any family law matter.

Since 2007, Kirk has worked diligently to grow the firm to what it is today. In addition to practicing law, Kirk spends time educating attorneys and other law professionals at CLE Seminars through the Missouri Bar, myLawCLE, the National Business Institute and other organizations. Kirk even presented at the Eighth Circuit Judicial Conference in Omaha, Nebraska in 2014 on social media evidence for lawyers and judges.

Kirk has also served as a Mentor to other attorneys through the Missouri Bar Mentoring Program. In that role, the Missouri Bar assigned Kirk attorneys to mentor.

Kirk is a member of the Law Society at the University of Missouri-Columbia School of Law. Further, Kirk is an adjunct professor at Emory University School of Law where he has served as a trial school instructor at the Kessler-Eidson Program for Trial Techniques. Kirk is also the President of the Missouri Collaborative Institute. The Missouri Collaborative Institute is a practice group of professionals dedicated to promoting collaborative practice as an alternative dispute resolution method for those who are going through divorce and family law matters.

Kirk was born and raised in St. Louis, Missouri and graduated from Eureka High School before attending Fontbonne University where he earned his Bachelor of Arts in History. He then went on to obtain his Juris Doctor from the University of Missouri – Columbia School of Law. Kirk was one of ten in his law school class selected as a member of the Order of the Barristers for his courtroom advocacy skills. Kirk furthered his education by graduating from the ABA Family Law Trial Advocacy Institute. He is now licensed to practice in Missouri, Illinois, Kansas and the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Missouri.

Kirk also enjoys spending time volunteering for the community. For his service to the community, Kirk received the 2015 Making a Difference Award from Old Newsboys and the 2016 Golden Plate Award. In Spring of 2020, it was announced that Kirk would serve as a co-chair for Old Newsboys for 2020-21. Old Newsboys is a non-profit organization that has raised millions of dollars for hundreds of area children’s charities. At Maryville University, Kirk was also on the National Leadership Council (2017-2020) and the Advisory Council for Kids Rock Cancer (2013-2020). Kirk previously served on the Board of Directors for the Mid-County YMCA. Kirk will also serve as the the President of The National Advocates for 2023.

When he is not at work, Kirk enjoys spending time with his children. Kirk also attends church at The Crossing. In his free time, Kirk also enjoys riding his boat, playing indoor soccer, watching Cardinals’ baseball, the St. Louis Blues and St. Louis City SC. Additionally, Kirk enjoys listening to Americana music (rock merged with folk, country and blues) and plays various musical instruments, including bass guitar, violin, drums and guitar, and used to play in several local bands

That’s how Kelly Davidzuk works everyday in her family law practice at Stange Law Firm, PC as the Managing Partner, while also managing the Central Region of the firm in Missouri in Clayton, Union, Columbia, Troy and the St. Louis City (by appointment) office. To help out families with their legal needs, Kelly is also a trained mediator and collaborative law attorney.

Kelly earned her Juris Doctorate degree from the Appalachian School of Law in Virginia. Kelly worked hard in law school and continued to work hard in the area of family law and other areas of civil litigation before she joined the team at Stange Law Firm, PC. Kelly has worked for the firm since 2011. She is licensed to practice in Missouri, Kansas and Oklahoma.

Prior to joining Stange Law Firm, PC, Mrs. Davidzuk worked as an Assistant Law Clerk for the U.S. District Court, Northern District of Florida. She also interned for the Judge Advocate General's Office in Florida where she provided research and legal opinions relating to military law, environmental law, tort law, contract law and family law.

Mrs. Davidzuk was born and raised in St. Charles County, Missouri. After completing her Undergraduate degree , Mrs. Davidzuk traveled to the East Coast to enjoy life in the Appalachian Mountains. Returning to Missouri, she married and settled down in Lake St. Louis. When Mrs. Davidzuk is not playing with her two English Bulldogs, Daisy and Thor, she enjoys playing co-ed softball. Mrs. Davidzuk also has a love for international travel and spending time with family.
