You, the attorney / law firm confirm to JT Spaulding Associates, LLC, and its affiliates, that you are a Member of the Bar in good standing in the jurisdiction(s) in which you are asking us to join as a member. You have reviewed your proposed listing and are confirming that it is accurate.
MEDIATORS - PRACTICE IN GOOD STANDING IN YOUR STATE:
You, the mediator / mediation firm confirm to JT Spaulding Associates, LLC, and its affiliates, that you are legally allowed to practice mediation within the jurisdiction(s) in which you are asking us to join as a member. You have reviewed your proposed listing and are confirming that it is accurate.
NON ATTORNEYS and NON MEDIATORS:

DURATION OF AGREEMENT:
Your membership unless specified otherwise is for a 12 month duration.
LISTING, PRIORITY AND LIMITS:
DivorceHQ.com listings are by state, and within each state by county. We reserve the right to limit or expand the number of listings we carry in any locale, and to revise the order in which listings appear. JT Spaulding Associates, LLC and DivorceHQ.com also reserves the right to limit the number of listings for any firm, attorney or mediator.
FREE UPDATES TO DIRECTORY LISTINGS:
We will update your listing, at your request, to reflect changes in your address, email, website, phone numbers and descriptive wording. We reserve the right to decline to publish or to remove all or any portion of any listing, and to edit or change the format of the pages, geographic scope, and listings at any time.
YOU ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR OUR CONTENT:
You have no responsibility for any of the content on DivorceHQ.com apart from your own listing. In the event that your listing is not available from our end of the Internet at least 99% of the time you have paid for, our sole liability will be to extend the duration of your listing until it has been brought up to 99%. IN NO EVENT WILL THE COMPANY OR ITS AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY LOST PROFITS OR FOR ANY CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT, OR SPECIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM OR IN ANY WAY RELATED TO THIS AGREEMENT EVEN IF THEY HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. No claim, regardless of form, which in any way arises out of this agreement may be made, nor action based upon such claim brought, more than 1 year after the basis for the claim is or should have been known by the party desiring to assert it.
