deni law group divorce attorneysSince 1972, Mr. Deni has been legal counsel to men and women in all areas of family law and accepts referrals from other attorneys in the New York-New Jersey Metropolitan area. He has handled many high profile and complex cases dealing with custody, alimony and equitable distribution of property. At present he is honored to be a Master in the Family Inn of Court of New Jersey.

Mr. Deni serves as an Early Settlement Panelist in Hunterdon County Family Court, and has been selected by Judges and Attorneys to act as a Blue Ribbon Panelist on complex divorces.

Allison Mattia Roberts, Esq.

flemington nj divorce attorney roberts Ms. Roberts returns to her home state of New Jersey after establishing her legal career in the Washington, D.C. area. She served almost 5 years as an Assistant Prosecutor in Arlington County, Virginia where she handled all types of criminal prosecution with a concentration in Sex Offenses, Drug Offenses, Domestic Violence and Juvenile Delinquency.

During her time in law school, Ms. Roberts served as the Student Administrator for the Domestic Violence Clinic, representing victims of Domestic Violence in Civil Protective Order Hearings in the Washington D.C. Superior Court.

Marisa Baker Trofimov, Of Counsel

flemington nj divorce attorney robertsMarisa Baker Trofimov is a graduate of Yale University and Seton Hall University School of Law, Prior to joining the Law Offices of William P. Deni, Sr. as "Of Counsel", Ms. Trofimov was formerly associated with the law firms Copeland, Shimalla, Wechsler & Lepp and Pellettier, Rabstein & Altman.

She has substantial experience handling domestic violence trials, abuse and neglect matters, civil unions, custody and parenting time disputes, palimony cases, and divorce cases, including those of high net worth individuals. Although Ms. Trofimov has trial experience, she is also experienced at resolving matrimonial disputes through mediation, rather than proceeding to trial, which can be cost prohibitive for some clients. She has appeared in Hunterdon, Somerset, Mercer, Warren, Morris, Middlesex, Burlington, Union and Essex County Courts. She is also a former Professor of Family Law at Raritan Valley Community College.
